Orders are dispatched from Australia.
We aim to process and dispatch orders within 2–5 business days. Handmade and made-to-order pieces may require additional processing time, which will be noted on the product listing where applicable.
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive tracking information where tracking is available.
🌎 International
We are working towards offering international shipping and will make international destinations and shipping rates available as they are confirmed.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import charges that may apply in their country.
📦 Handmade & fragile items
Our candles and homewares are carefully packaged to help protect them during transit. Because our products are handmade and some are fragile, please handle your order with care when it arrives.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photographs of the packaging and damaged item so we can assist you.
📍 Delivery times
Delivery times can vary depending on your location and the shipping service selected. Once your order has been dispatched, carrier delivery times are outside our control.
If your tracking information shows that your parcel has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the carrier first and then get in touch with us if you need further assistance.
