Change of Mind

As all of our products are handmade, and in many cases made to order, we are unable to accept change-of-mind returns on candles, handmade items, or personalised products.

Personalised Items

Personalised items are made specifically for you and cannot be returned for change of mind.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with a description and photos of the issue. We will offer a refund or replacement as appropriate.

Our policies do not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
