SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Times

Our products are handmade, and orders are generally prepared and dispatched within 3–5 business days. Personalised and made-to-order products may require additional time. If a longer processing time applies, it will be stated on the product page or communicated to you.

Shipping Rates

Available shipping methods and the total shipping cost are displayed at checkout before payment. Shipping rates vary depending on the delivery destination and the size and weight of the order.

Australian Shipping

Australian orders are shipped using Australia Post or another suitable tracked carrier. Delivery times shown at checkout begin after the order has been dispatched and are estimates only.

International Shipping

International shipping is available to selected destinations shown at checkout. Delivery timeframes vary by destination and may be affected by customs processing or carrier delays.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless stated otherwise.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking details will be emailed after the order has been dispatched. Please allow time for the carrier’s tracking system to update.

Delivery Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. Please contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been dispatched.

Digital Products

Digital products are delivered electronically and do not require shipping. Download instructions are provided by email after payment is confirmed.

Delays and Missing Parcels

Carrier delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. If your parcel is significantly delayed or appears to be missing, please contact us so we can assist with an investigation.
