Welcome to The Coastal Creative. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the following terms.

GENERAL

The Coastal Creative sells handmade candles, homewares, jewellery and other handmade products, as well as digital products where stated.

We reserve the right to update product descriptions, prices, availability and these terms at any time.

PRODUCTS

Our products are handmade in small batches, so slight variations in colour, texture, finish and appearance may occur. These variations are part of the handmade nature of our products and are not considered defects.

Product images are provided as a guide. Colours may appear slightly different depending on your device or screen settings.

CANDLES

Candles are handmade products and should always be used according to the safety instructions provided with the product. Never leave a burning candle unattended and keep candles away from children, pets and flammable materials.

The Coastal Creative is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect or unsafe use of our products.

ORDERS AND PAYMENT

By placing an order, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

Orders are only considered confirmed once payment has been successfully received.

We reserve the right to cancel an order where there is an obvious pricing error, stock issue, suspected fraudulent activity or another circumstance that prevents us from fulfilling the order.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Digital products are delivered electronically. No physical product will be shipped unless specifically stated in the product description.

Digital products are for personal use only and may not be copied, resold, redistributed, shared or commercially reproduced without written permission from The Coastal Creative.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including photographs, product designs, graphics, text, logos and digital products, belongs to The Coastal Creative unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, resell or use our content or digital products for commercial purposes without written permission.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by Australian law, The Coastal Creative is not responsible for loss or damage resulting from misuse of our products, failure to follow product instructions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms is intended to limit your rights under Australian law.
